- Acted for a large drainage company involved in a road traffic accident in the Republic of Ireland, securing a settlement which allowed them to replace their equipment and return to work quickly.
- Acted for a client and 5 young children who were all injured as a result of a road traffic accident which was not their fault. Liability was not admitted by the third party. Ailis managed to obtain a police report which led to an admission of liability and settlement for the client and their children.
- Acted for a client who was injured as a result of a violent incident at his place of work. Negotiated with the third party insurers to agree liability and secure compensation for the client.
