Background
Sinead joined JMK Solicitors in June 2016 and has acted for clients in the area of personal injury litigation.
Sinead has personal experience of being involved in a road traffic accident, giving her a unique understanding and empathy for clients. She takes pride in making a negative experience a little easier for clients and enjoys assisting them to recover compensation after a difficult time in their lives.
Sinead is a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast and the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.

Sinead believes that it is important that our clients have a full understanding of the process and what to expect from the beginning. For a lot of clients, it can be their first experience of a car accident, it is a daunting experience, they are vulnerable and they need to know what to expect and that they are being looked after by experienced professional solicitors who will do their utmost to support them through the process ensuring they get the best possible outcome.

Experience
- Acted for 5 members of the same family. The alleged nature of the accident was that they couldn’t have been injured in the accident. The case was due before the Court and all members of the family including 2 kids would have to give evidence, managed to secure good offers of settlement the day before the hearing, avoiding the trauma of a court hearing and ensured their injuries were acknowledged and properly compensated.
Outside of work
Sinead enjoys spending time with her young family outdoors. She also actively supports and fundraises for pancreatic cancer charities in memory of her mother.
