Background

Before Ciara joined JMK Solicitors in August 2015 she studied law at the University of Ulster before gaining her solicitor qualification through the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens University.

Ciara is part of our Damage Only team which specialises in road traffic accidents and vehicle damage cases. She also works as a member of our specialist Taxi Team which helps taxi drivers ensure all areas of loss are successfully recovered including any loss of earnings.

Approach

Ciara has personal experience of being involved in a road traffic accident and understands how stressful and daunting the experience can be for clients. She strives to break the process down for clients, helping to put them at ease and elevate some of the stress that can be involved with being in an accident.

Experience

  • Acted on behalf of several clients who have had vehicles damaged due to livestock on the road. Ciara helps clients understand that they are entitled to make a claim and helps navigate them through each stage.

Outside of work

Outside of work Ciara is a keen runner and likes spending time outdoors with family.
